Located a mere 200 metres away from its sister property Lux Le Morne, the Ile des Deux Cocos is a heavenly private island in Mauritius, which is private, without being too isolated. The accommodation available on the island in the Island’s two-bedroomed villa, which was built in the 1920s by the British Governor of Mauritius. It has since then been completely restored boasting a shaded Moroccan courtyard, a bougainvillea garden as well as a swimming pool. The Island also has round-the-clock staff. An overnight stay could set you back by around $2000.
