This is the most expensive house ever sold in Florida. Software billionaire and Oracle founder Larry Ellison bought the Palm Beach ocean-to-lake estate in June 2022 for $173 million. There are multiple houses on the Gemini estate, with a total of nearly 85,000 square feet of living space, inside and out, with 33 bedrooms, 34 bathrooms, and 13 powder rooms on the 15.65-acre property. It also has a sports complex, a PGA-standard golf practice area, and bird and butterfly gardens. Gemini is located on a barrier island in Manalapan in the Atlantic Ocean and on the Intracoastal Waterway.
