Owner Jeff Greene more than doubled the value of the property after internal and external renovations. The luxury mansion boasts a 15,000-square foot entertainment center, 12 bedrooms, 25 bathrooms, a Turkish spa, a 50-seat movie theater, a bowling alley, a disco—and even a hillside vineyard. Jeff Greene, the investor in this property, is an American real estate entrepreneur and a member of the Democratic Party and was a candidate in the 2010 Senate election primaries in Florida.
